i like this boy, and my friend told me that hes not aloud to date til hes 16, and i was wondering what religion that would be??

oops i meant he said he cant date til he was sixteen because of his religion, what religion would that be?

It's not the religion, it's just that he either has protective parents or a protective pastor. I go to an Independent Fundamental Baptist church and they say don't date till you're 18. It's mainly a suggestion, not a critical rule in any religion.

no particular religion that i am aware of. dating age is usually a parental thing and a lot depends on your maturity. some kids are ready to date at 14 and some at 18 and some in between. maturity, dependability, promptness etc a;ll count for a lot.
