not at all. the intensity and duration at which exercise is performed at determines the caloric expenditure during exercise and any increase in the metabolic rate after exercise. what you wear has no effect on this

Yes, lots of exersize and proper dieting will lessen the pooch. It takes a while for belly fat to lessen so just keep working at it and you should really start to see results in a month. Be patient, thats the key. Also a good fun thing to get into that really helps is dancing. Join a dance class of some sort. Even do belly dancing. Now that is a major belly workout ( i do it. its soo fun and makes you feel sexy).

Nope you just lose water weight which you will gain back by drinking water (keeping hydrated). It's like going into a sauna. No fat burning here.

No, it will just make you sweat and lose water. Which you will replace when you drink water again. Actually I think that it would shorten your work-out time because you'd be more tired because of all the sweating! What do you want to do? Stoke out?
