The first verses of Ezekiel 1:4-28, we read about "whirlwind", "north", "great cloud", "color of amber", "wings", "one wheel" and so on.

What is the spiritual meaning of all these?

The last verse has the summation that Ezekiel saw the glory of God in his God-given vision and of someone like an earthling man sitting on a throne--this is the glorified Jesus. But God, on His Glorious throne, has His four outstanding qualities described as a man's face which represents Love, the Lion's face represents the Justice of God, the bull's face represents His Almighty power and, the eagle's face represents our Holy Creator's great and awesome Wisdom---verse 10--it is the Throne vision of our Sacred God and His Holiness.
There is more spiritualism to the vision, which can be acquired by learning more about God and His only-begotten son.

What you have is a description of a heavenly chariot, or flying machine. This applies to similar descriptions like this elsewhere in the Bible.
Think about it... What was the technology in those times? How could they describe a level of technology never seen before? That they did not have, nor understood.

In 1956 M K Jessup wrote the book "UFO and the Bible" which is about the Book of Ezekiel being a description for a UFO.
In the 1970s a NASA design engineer Joseph Blumrich took the description in Ezekiel literally and came up with his interpretation, in his book "The Spaceships of Ezekiel" - yes there are drawings here.

I read once that a NASA scientist drew out the description and came up with a craft of some kind.

It is up to you if you believe it or not.

I myself find it interesting.
