Okay, there's this guy in my biology class, and I really like him. I think he likes me too, but I'm not sure. He talks to me a lot in class, always partners with me, and he tries to convince me to join band, since he's in band (he succeeded, btw). I also catch him looking at me sometimes, and when he talks to me, he leans in or he leans back, and sometimes ends up almost falling. He also gets really close to me a lot. Like if we're doing a lab together, or just talking, he'll get really close to me to where we're like touching, He got my phone number from one of my friends who's also his friend, and he's called me like 5 times in the past few weeks. I've also called him a few times. He sometimes calls me a funny nickname to anoy me. He also goes to my church and talks to me there. He's really nice, and I like him a lot, but does he like me?? I'll most likely see him at church this Sunday, and I don't know what I should do?? Should I say hi or sit next to him?? Help!!!

Don't be silly girl, of course he likes you!! He's obviously made numerous initiations to start a relationship with you, and you can either accept them or decline. If you like him as you say, then accept! Since he's the one who has made all the attempts thus far by flirting with you and calling you, then you should without a doubt approach him when you see him at church. If you keep letting him do all the work while you put none in yourself, then he will eventually lose interest and stop pursuing you. Remember, guys can't read our minds, even though we sometimes expect them too!! Don't be afraid to flirt back, and it's okay for you to call him too. If you let him know you like him back as much as he likes you, then you guys can move on to the next level a lot quicker, and maybe even start dating! Hope this helps, let me know if you need more advice!

Good Luck,
Kell

IT certainly sounds like he likes you, and a lot! I wonder why he hasn't asked you out yet though. Does he seem shy? Does he already have a girlfriend? It sounds to me like you should both say hi and sit next to him, and then take the next step and invite him somewhere...anywhere - ask him to tag along on an errand you have to do (so it seems more friends than a date), or ask him to go to some function you have planned...any holiday parties you have to go to? Or just ask him if he would be able to take a walk or something after church. That could at least open the door to you guys actually spending some time together outside of church or school. Good luck! He sounds nice!

I think that he definitely likes you,and by his actions, he seems pretty confident that you feel the same. Let this guy move in and do his thing on his timetable. It's going to happen, just try not to be coy or push him into something . this period of anticipation really is fun, because you feel good about the situation, but, you don't know 100 percent, so it gives you a little something to look forward to. He will ask you out soon. guaranteed.

Don't make a move in church! Don't get me wrong--I'm sure God would love for the two of you to get together, but if you sat by him in church, you would just sit there awkwardly and silently and it would be horrible. Say hi to him after church, and make a bigger move when it could lead to actual conversation--at school or on the phone.

Sit next to him. Ask him out. Nothing big, just for lunch after church. He's scared of rejection.
