Just do exercises. Ride a bike on the weekends for a few miles. Do some push ups and sit ups. No need to get use to waking up early. Enjoy sleeping in while you can.
Tell all of your friends, so when you go into basic, they can write you plenty of letters.
Yeah, never volunteer for anything. Read everything they tell you to read, learn the chain of command, learn the ranks, and just do the best you can.

Keep your sense of humor. Boot camp is all about testing you. Just keep that in the back of your mind and let nothing get to you and you'll do fine.
Look up Physical readiness test requirements and practice to get a head start on conditioning your body.

If I were you, I would let your body adapt to getting up extremely early and working out constantly between now and when you begin boot camp. My brother trained for about three months before he left for Marine boot camp, and he said it helped him a lot. Good luck and thank you for serving our country. I have a lot of respect for you.
