Yes. There is. I bought a jar at a specialty tea shop that also carries bulk spices. Shop or call around in your area, or use the handy web site # 2 gave you. :>)

Vanilla powder is made from a concentrated vanilla extract mixed with another ingredient, typically starch or sugar. It may be used in place of extracts in baking or cooking (one teaspoon of powder equals one teaspoon extract), or just sprinkled on top of French toast, cakes or other foods. While you can be totally confident that the Vanilla powder you purchase from Frontier is of genuine quality, you should be aware that some vanilla powders are synthetic. Check the ingredients to make sure that the product comes from a natural source

I am a former chef and as previously stated there is a powdered vanilla product, it is from Europe, I buy mine at a German Deli in Hmailton On Canada, but anyPolish or German specialty store will have it, it comes in packet and is called "Vanillin Sugar, it is about the size of a sugar package.

Yes you can amke it yourself if you want to spend $8, on a real vanilla bean, I also buy a vanilla extract that is colourless, but the packets of vanilla sugar can be added to either icing sugar or fine fruit sugar to add to whipped cream, cakes, icings or in eggwhite for merianges as a flavour enhancer, they keep forever and can be stored in a sealed container, if not your cupboard will smell like vanilla, and are a go deodarizer for a musty dresser or closet just open one into a kleenex and let it sit in there for a few weeks.

Not that I've ever seen or heard. You can however buy vanilla sugar or make some yourself. To make vanilla sugar you put some regular granulated sugar in a jar and put in a vanilla bean and let it sit for a few days.

There is no powdered vanilla, but you could put a tablespoon or two of vanilla flavored powdered coffee creamer.
