ok so , my fiancee got locked up cause he didnt pay a fine on his probation that wasnt due untill jan 23..his p.o said he was gonna talk to the judge into renstating his probation so he can come hom on hiw court date which is this tuesday..and hes passed all his drug tests.. and has a clean record & everyone that is in ther with him keeps tellin him hes gonna get to come home.. what do yall thank?

well, the same thing happen to a friend of mine , the fines are a monthly charge the would have only arrested him if he was a few months behind, what they more than likely do is to try and get him to pay the back fines now and if he can not They will extend his probation to make up the difference.

Since he violated his probation and his PO is requesting that he be released and put back on probation he has a very good chance but ultimately it will be up to the judge.

Request for the reconsideration to reinstate probation by citing good behavior and passing of all drug tests.

The judge will listen to the P.O., and he's shown that he is being responsible, I reckon he'll get to go home. Good luck.
