Histamine is a major player in the functioning of your immune system. In response to immune system stimulation (allergy, infection, injury, etc.) mast cells release histamine. Histamine induces vasodilation and fluid secretion which aid in the inflammatory response to the stimulus.
Histamine also induces acid production (for proper digestion) in the stomach.
Histamine is made in the body from the amino acid Histidine.
Best wishes.

I have a histamine intolerance, but I found this little wonder called Daosin.
I ordered it online, because I don't know where to buy it. Anyway now I can eat everything I want without problems. Everything I have to do is taking a pill right before I eat.
best wishes, anna

histamine is actually the bad part of allergies.
you'd think it was the thing preventing allergies, but its actually making you get symptoms like red eyes, runny noses, all that stuff.
