Looking for official volunteer opportunities in Albany NY?

I'm looking for some volunteer opportunities in Albany NY that will offer a quick 20 hours of possible service. Can anyone point me in the right directoin?

Get involved with your local Relay For Life... some of the most successful ones in the Albany area. The American Cancer Society also has office opportunities that you can get involved in in their Loudonville Office.
