This will depend on what kind of morals he has been raised up with. Because you took the time to answer this question, you are somewhat in the dark. I can only tell you what I know.
Having respect for other people will cover most, if not all of the little details. Treat other people as you want to be treated.

Motivation for education. The sexiest men in the world are usually more intelligent. An example of this is Marilyn Monroe thought that Winston Churchill was one of the sexiest men alive. She did have a thing for the Kennedy's too.
Romantic. Getting flowers, and other surprises like this and not just on holidays.
Genuine. I love a guy who knows who he is and what he wants.
Hygiene.It doesn't matter if a guy wears designer label clothes. It's a real turn-off if he smells, and can't use an iron on a shirt, etc. This includes his home/apt....it's gross to see beer cans, and penicillin growing in his refrigerator.

A good (but not gross) sense of humor, compassion, and intelligence (not necessarily book smarts here). Also, good conversation skills are necessary. And don't cheat - if you want to be with someone other than your girl, break up with her.
