I am looking to purchase a digital camera that has video recording capabilities. It’s for my father I am looking for something simple. Does any one know a good brand under $180.00 or so?

The Canon Powershot SD750 is a very good camera. It costs about $200 dollars, and has 5 movie different movie modes to chose from, and it records voice. It has Canon's Image Stabilization, so you don't have to worry about blurry pictures or bouncy movies.
