i know this may be a silly question but i have just borrowed a mamiya 645E medium format camera from college and i do not know how to open the back! please help me! lol. i dont know what you press to open the back so i can load the film, i have never used medium format before.

i would ask my tutor but unfortunately i need to take some pics before monday so i need to get the back open and load the film this weekend.

perhaps antoni or one of the genuine photographers will know, i have only seen a mamiya camera (and didn't touch) in a friends studio open house last spring...hers is an expensive camera, and kind of large and heavy.
by the way i'd ask my perfesser how the thing worked, the worse he can do is take it away from you and make you feel stupid, but he (she) probably won't do that and will likely be delighted to show you how it works.

might want to or not this is a lifeless battery? you may also google Magic Lantern and note in the adventure that they have got a handbook for your digital camera. Their classes are frequently better efficient illustrated with step by ability of step examples.
