there's a guy and i need to know ur opinions, he will smile and make suprised expressions on his face when we make eye contact. like raising his eyebrows and dropping his jaw like he's suprised. he will always say hi and wave or smile at me when we pass in the halls. when he passes my locker and im getting stuff out he will pull my shoulder as he walks by or poke me or somethin. we have competitive competitions when we can and he he fakes me out on hi fives and then we both laugh about it. thanks so much! hes a funny and not shy guy.

From what is sounds like, he absolutely does likes you. I think he senses that you like him as well. What you need to do is get to know him better. Start hanging out (if possible) outside of school maybe in a group of friends. See how things develop from there, but take things slow. Let him get to know you and you know him. Try to translate the flirting that you two have into a solid conversation-find out what he likes, what he is doing that weekend, etc. He should get the idea that you like him if he does not know already.

He probably does like you to an extent. Seems to me, that he may just consider you as a friend he can pick on and thats it. But if he does more than what he is doing already, he may have a crush on you, just dont know another way to express it.

Yeah, I think he might actually like you. However as a friend or as a love interest..hmnnnn..thats a good question ???. One thing I can say from your description of how he acts with you though is I agree he is overly friendly and that he likes you.
