hahaha - nice try...

honestly, all people gotta do is learn to dress warmer. Lucky for me (because I live in Calgary) we get chinooks, so even if we do get record snowfalls and cold weather there will always be hope on the horizon to have warm sunny days.

Yay for the ski season! Should be a season of wicked powder!

Can't some of you see the jest here. This man is talking about a god and you all get so God-serious. Lighten up for crying out loud.

Anyway the question. It wont hurt to try, just choose the right god, isn't there a god of the sun or something like that. When you all get cold it will usually work it's way all the way down here, the Gulf coast.

Canada will always be cold in winter. And the sun rises in the east and sets in the west.

Seriously though, you cannot "bargain with God". Many people try to when they are in a tight spot, or some sort of tragedy has befallen them. They didn't give God even a fleeting thought before that, but all of a sudden there's this desperate "I'll do _____________, if only You will __________". God doesn't respond favorably to attempts at bargaining with Him. Get to know Him and love Him, even when times are good, and He'll be there for you when times aren't so good.

I don't think Gods going to waste a miracle on you.
get a job as a travel agent.

Its funny how they said the only warm place is in S.W. Ontario, That's where I live just across the bridge. Personally I would rather have the snow. I love winter.

God ,makes his own rules as far as weather. Unless you dedicate your whole life in the same way as Elijah, he changed the weather but at God's request.... Buy long underwear!

There are much better reasons to convert than a cold winter anyway! God's love, God's forgiveness of sins, heaven, a peace that the non-believer will never understand etc. are all good reasons... cold... nope.

There's nothing wrong with links. Why don't people move on to the next question instead of complaining.

Does this mean that we're going to get hit with a bad winter in Boston?

It is not what is happening that is so much a problem. It is what we "think" about what is happening that really causes all the problems!
Peace and Blessings....
