can females get jock itch?

i have an itchy rash...it is in the crease of my thigh where it meet my girl parts.

Yes. It is the same stuff as jock itch, or a yeast infection, just on your outside instead of inside.
Treat it with stuff for jock itch - as directed on package, for two weeks. Keep it as clean and dry as possible.
If really itchy, blast it with your hair dryer on 'cool'.
Don't forget, you can spread itto your insides if you aren't careful. Hubby should treat himself too.
