Yeah, poor cat. Give your cat some high up place to go to get out of the way and get some safe sleep. Somewhere where the dog can't get.
And, no, you aren't going to have any kittens with the dog as father.

put your dog on a leish and if he jumos on her, step on it(the leish) and he´ll stop if he notices that every time he humps, he gets an unpleasent choking.
