My friend thinks there is a blue ray tv is he he correct?

I don't think any such things exist....

But wait - Sony tried to jump-start the BluRay market by including a drive in every PS3. It would not surprise me if they started building in a BluRay DVD player into some of their televisions.

It would be a great way to create more demand for BluRay disks which is where they really hope to make money.

No. BluRay is one of the competing formats for high definition DVD players. The HD TV stays the same. BluRay is the source.

You have permission to kick him in the rump. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC BLU-RAY TV.

Only TVs that are capable of displaying 1080p (24p or 30p frames a second).

no. but sony makes bluray and there are sony tvs. so hes only alittle off.
