NO NO NO, please do not do that.. take it from me !
I am 14 and have had an eating disorder for about 5 years .. It is the worsst pain i have ever felt in my LIFE ! i would never wish it on anyone... the worst thing is to WANT to have an eating disorder.. i know your young and your surrounded by it but please try and live your life to the best.. i have lost so many of what could have been amazing years of my life because of this eating disorder. it is a disease not a lifestyle ! you cant look that thin and be healthy.. you will die ! you could ask anyone with an eating disorder & they would tell you that they would do anything to have their life back ! I am working with an outpatient team and am going to inpatient! that is what my life has come to, i need to be taken care of by trrained professionals.. its not something that should be glorified. its life threatening and it becomes you. you will keep setting goals but no matter how hard you try you will neever be good enough to satisfy that voice in your head ! You need to realize that you are perfect the way you are! there are so many people that have died because of this and they have said exactly what you said.. you think its innocent and there is no consequence.. but there is and the consequence is YOUR LIFE ! if you only talked to some of the girls that i know who have suffered from an eating disorder! they can tell you that life is so much better when you can be normal and you arent always consumed with those negative thoughts.. So please, i am asking you to go talk to someone .. your parents, a sister or a brother a doctor.. ANYONE.. they will save your life ! you have a distorted mindframe and you THINK you need to lose weight but that is just the eating disorder talking.. if you get help you can distinguish those voice and finally see the beautiful person that you are.. but you have to do it quick before it totally consumes you ! PLEASE choose to live your life ! TALK TO SOMEONE .. i would do anything to get back those years of my life...

Not eating is a bad Idea In 5 days The body Starts to Die and some time you can survive Up to a month but the longer the more damage that happens. it's better to eat breakfast and lunch skip dinner

Bad idea. You'll be depriving your body of essential nutrients, vitamins, trace elements, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and fat all of which are needed for a healthy metabolism.

There's only one way to lose weight and that is to use more calories than you ingest. Try eating sensible, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and drink lots of water based drinks. Take regular exercise. Try to eat little and often. Five small snacks a day is better than three larger meals. Don't go for faddy diets. They don't work and after you stop you'll pile the pounds on. Try this

Breakfast ; Fresh fruit or cereal with milk, no sugar boiled egg with none slice of unbuttered bread, white or brown.

Mid morning : A piece of fresh fruit, apple, orange or banana.

Lunch : Cooked pasta and tuna or baked potato with salad (No butter, use low fat spread to moisten.) Or grilled fish (oily or white) or chicken and boiled potato and boiled fresh vegetables.

Mid afternoon : Piece of fresh fruit or cereal and milk (corn flakes or shredded wheat, not the coated type like rice krispies)

Evening meal : Grilled chicken, pork, steak or fish with fresh steamed vegetables, fresh fruit or jelly. Or Pasta dish with home made tomato sauce and salad. Or Piece of toast with low fat spread and topping (cheese, sardines or Marmite.

I would not suggest not eating for 4 days. It is not healthy. One alternative is to go on a liquid diet for 4 days.

Suggested drinks!

1. Carnation Instant Breakfast prepared with 1% or skim milk:
- 4-5 packets per day.

2. No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast prepared with 1% or skim milk
- 6 packets per day

3. High Protein Boost – 8 oz cans
- 4 cans per day

4. High Protein Ensure – 8 oz cans
- 4 cans per day

5. Boost Breeze – 8 oz cans
- 6 cans per day




• Patients with diabetes should choose from one of the following:

1. No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast prepared with 1% or skim milk
- 6 packets per day

2. Choice DM – 8 oz cans (may be ordered through your local pharmacy or Graeber’s)

3. Glucerna – 8 oz cans
- 4-5 cans per day

This will at least give you the nutrition you need!

You cannot not eat. Live on canned vegitables. low sodium ones. Have a can of tomatoes in the morning, peas for lunch, mushrooms for dinner.

I lost 30kg's in 1.5 months on that diet plus excersice.

you cant not eat for 4 days..you will be starvin...just eat veggies and fruits at least
