i had my eyes dialated few days ago..and it's not blurry anymore but i see these small particle stuff everywhere moving like especially i see it on the wall. do u know why it does that?

what was the result of the dilation examination ,was it for fundoscopy or refraction ,or as treatment?what u refer to is floaters ,could be many things ,the question is little vague

They are called 'Floaters' , See the attached site to read all about them. I have had them for years and they are not a problem. You probably had them all along but only noticed them when your eyes were dilated. They tend to flick away when you try to focus on them, and are a nuisance but no danger. www.allaboutvision.com/conditions/spotsfloats.htm

That also happens to me when I walk into a brightly lit room or after being outside in the snow for a while too :S i don't know why, sorry.

You have x-ray vision now and you can see the germs in the wall moving all over...:)

everyone has living micro-organisms living in there eye. your able to see it in the light. some people have to concentrate hard to see them. in your case you are able to see them much clearly.
