I am thinking by the way that you asked the question that you and your half brother had the same mother different fathers and that your half brothers father is having a daughter with another woman that is not your mother.... If that is the case there is no real relation between you and his daughter... If I am wrong in my assumption and you both had the same dad then she would be your half sister....

If you share the father with your half brother she's your half sister. If you don't there's no relation.

From your question I am assuming that you and your half brother have the same mother but different fathers. This would make the child your step sister.

You and your half-brother have the same mother. If his father (not yours) is having this child with your mother, then she would be your half-sister, and your half-brothers full-sister. If your half-brother's father is have the child with another woman, then she would be your half-brothers half-sister, with no genetic relation to yourself.

Half Sister

That depends on whether or not her mother is any relative of yours. If not, the daughter will be your step-sister, NOT a half sister.
If your half brother's new sister has the same mother as your half brother, (your mother,) then she would be your half sister.

Well, is your half-brother's father your father? Then half-sister.
Is her mother your mother? Half sister again.
Neither? Then no relationship at all.

Is you half brother's father, you father also? If he is then yes. If you and your half brother share a mother, then no. But if the baby and you share a mother then yes.

Is your half brother's father also your father? If so, she will be your half sister. If you and your half brother don't share any blood she will be your half brother's half sister. It can be confusing, can't it?
