Pregnancy is not a time to try and lose weight. If you eat a healthy diet, it will be beneficial for both you and your baby. Once the baby is born, you can do all the diet and exercise you can stand!

You shouldn't lose weight while you are pregnant. A healthy way to be during your pregnancy is eatting the right things and asking your doctor what kind of exercises would be good while you are pregnant.

I would wait untill after the baby is born, if you are worried about your weight try eating lots of fruit and veg and other healthy things through your pregnancy, that will be best for both you and the baby

Don't try to loose weight while you are pregnant. You can however start eating healthier and alot of women loose naturally in the first trimester due to morning sickness or loss of appetite.

If you're only one stone overweight then you should try to limit the amount that you gain, instead of trying to lose. Most women gain at least that much during pregnancy anyway.

Eat a nice healthy diet and try not to put on too much during the pregnancy - once baby is here you can diet.

Sorry dear, there's no way to do taht withou possible danger to the baby. better safe than sorry. Not only that if something unrelated were to happen to the baby you will always blame yourself for dieting. too many factors here to take that chance.

Actually it is possible. But you have to very careful to make sure you are getting all the necessary fats, and vitamins for the pregnancy.
I worked with a women who lost 15lbs during pregnancy, she cut out all the bad foods and only ate very nutritious and healthy foods.
During my pregnancy, I lost 5lbs, but that is because I was soo sick! Not the healthy way to do it...but I did end up gaing 15lbs towards the end.
Speak to your doctor about your diet, I'm sure he has good advise on this.
Good Luck!
