Like i said. 4 a while i would even check 2 make sure i wasn't sitting on a ciggarette. i'm inclined 2 think it has a spiritual significance rather than body. Like a chakra or something. Because when i get the feeling i also seem 2 get a rush of the body and i will feel very much in the moment. Pls someone tell me u've heard of this. It's really got me curious.

It's called your sciatic nerve.

I would see a doctor, personally. It might be something serious. Tumor, maybe.

It may be a pinched nerve. It may be chakra flowing thru you. Try focusing it in one place. If nothing happens, it's the nerve. See a doctor.

Do you carry your wallet in your right hip pocket? Pressure on nerves over a period of time can even cause pain to be felt in your legs.

maybe sciatic or colon trouble, cleanse your colon and do some stretches, if pain worsens, consult your doctor

or it could be the proverbial "fire under ya" to move you to do something i guess
