I have 2 problems.

1) There's a problem with the media server and I click my computer "Computer name" and click "Music", etc.
Then when I click to play a song, in a mp3 format.. It just displays the wavy lines, just like in the media player when you play a song with no video, but it doesn't play it.. and when I try to access the control panel by pressing "TRIANGLE".. it doesn't do anything.
What's wrong? Please help..!!!!

2) My second problem is that I downloaded Folklore Sneak Preview Demo from the Playstation Store and now Im trying to install it, but after i click "Install", it says "An error occured during the install operation (80029564)"..
How can I fix this error?

If you help me, then I would appreciate it and I will give you 10 points, I promise.

Please help.

1). Try to reinstall the program you were using. Try downloading new codecs for your PC ( http://www.codecguide.com/download_mega.htm ) I recommend to use program TVersity instead windows media player 11 ( http://tversity.com/home )
2). Probably there was an error during download (did you use wi-fi? It's unstable, not like a wired connection). Just erase that demo and reinstall the program.
3). Firmware update is an update for PS3. Usually they improve functionality, correct mistakes, add functions, etc.

First make sure you have the latest firmware. That may fix both problems. I'm not sure on the mp3 issue could be corrupt files, The install of the game is easier to fix delete it and download it again and it will more than likely be fine, sometimes downloads don't down load the file correctly and downloading it again should fix it.
