In standard loads (factory), none.
The lightest target load used reliably is around 1080fps - and thats pretty light, and these are reloads.
A standard light target load is 1 1/8oz at 1145fps.
The easiest way to get a shot load at 1000fps is to load your own, but you may have a hard time getting it to work reliably. Start looking up loads that use a Federal 209A primer - its hot, so it will give better ignition to the light load of powder you'll be using.

It really depends on the load. An average field load for .12 gauge is around 1200-1300 fps, but we used to load light loads for squirrel that probably shot around 1000 or so. I don't know why you are asking so I can't be accurate in my response. Did you find a shell that says 1000 fps? Do you want a 1000 fps load or what?

All shotgun gauges exceed 1000 FPS..410,28,16,12,10 gauge doesn't matter......Even old time Black Powder Shotgun shells
Exceeded 900FPS...Why are you asking about 1000 FPS specifically ??? Just curious..
The only way you can reduce the FPS is to load your own shells, and reduce the recommended powder measures....`

I had some nickel plated 00 buckshot from Fiocchi, and it was pretty close to 1000fps. It was the low recoil stuff, of course. It was pretty fun to shoot and did a lot of damage to the computers we were shooting at. Hardly more recoil than a .223. Using it in an autoloader might provide you with the drop in speed you're looking for.
