"They're going to knock very loudly," she says, banging on a chair. "An ugly knock. But don't open the door. The only way immigration can force their way into your home is with a search warrant."

One man can't believe this. He asks if the authorities can enter with a deportation order?

"No," Contreras-Edin says. "They still need your permission."

She tells the group the immigration agency has a tip line and warns them not to talk about their immigration status at work if they are undocumented.Critics contend these sessions are aiding a crime by helping illegal immigrants stay in the country.

This is the crap that really makes me angry. Well, don't answer your door but sooner or later you're going to need to leave that place, I hope ICE is waiting. How treasonous is this? If an American is teaching this class, I hope she is jailed for aiding and abetting illegals. So now, hopefully ICE will have a search warrant with them as well as an order of deportment. I guess we all learned something today!

i've got faith the Congress would desire to establish a 5 3 hundred and sixty 5 days plan for unlawful extraterrestrial beings or deliver them residing house. confident, it fairly is harsh besides the undeniable fact that it is their option to do it or pass decrease back. The plan is, they are in a position to have 6 months to a three hundred and sixty 5 days to start the citizenship path. which might incorporate, discovering a minimum of broken English and not based on the 'no English' crap. Take the citizenship courses and paying suited taxes like something individuals do. 5 years may well be for those that are already residing illegally in united statesa.. yet for the masses and greater that come all the time it may well be a 2 3 hundred and sixty 5 days gadget commencing as quickly as they persist with for a eco-friendly card which may well be needed at a strict boarder. they prefer the rights (marches and protests in California as an occasion) so lead them to take the stunning steps to incomes all of them and proceed to be functioning voters. same punishments and regulations will persist with for the freedoms they're struggling with for. basically looks easy to me. i will save immigration close in suggestions whilst balloting for the presidential elections.

But the authorities can round them up elsewhere without a problem. She should tell them that. She should tell them the states are going the way of OK, and that really, they should leave.

Aiding and abbeting, no surprise for one who is advocating breaking the law, and thinking illegals have rights.

If they are training those who are here illegally to evade the law, which it looks like they are doing, I would say they need to be raided and arrested for aiding and abetting. Those that want to grant amnesty and encourge open borders are in the process of remaking this courtry for the needs and wants of the illigals here now and those that want to come.

It's easy to see why this can seem as aiding a crime.

It depends on how it is done on a case by case basis.

All people have rights in this country, legal citizens or not. That should be real the issue.

let me throw some salt in your brew.... an illegal immigrant also has the right to not sign the paper for permission to deport. If the incarcerated does not sign the paper he can then go to court to fight for the right to stay.

ICE should hold seminars coaching illegal aliens on how not to be arrested.

"Ola, everyone. First tip on how not to be arrested: Don't come to a seminar /for illegal aliens/. Thank you for your time. Book'em Danno."
