Jesus said he is the only way to get to heaven. No person can come to God unless it's through him. Are you offended by his statements or do you agree?

I agree 100%! It's the truth. John 14:6 states exactly that. I am not offended at all by that statement because it's the truth.

He speaks the Truth.. because He IS the Way the Truth and the Life. NO ONE comes to the Father but through HIM!
He not only said it. HE MADE the way for us through His magnificient sacrifice on the Cross for those who agree and even those who disagree.

If Jesus is the only way to heaven/God, then it sucks mightily to be one of the hundreds of millions of human beings who NEVER heard about Jesus. Even a cursory study of the scope of human history will reveal the fact that word of Jesus spread only along lines of human transmission.
So. Either the Christian God is blatantly unfair, or there is more than one way to heaven/God, or there is more than one afterlife destination/Divine entity.
In any case, the statement does not offend me. Rather, it makes me shake my head sadly.

The truth hurts worse than lies in many cases. This is one of those times. Jesus spoke the truth, but because of it, many are offended because they want to create their own way to heaven and believe that they are in charge of their own life. Yes, I agree that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and no man comes to the Father except through Him.

I'm not offended but no I don't agree.
You know what. I take that back. Perhaps Jesus is the only way into Heaven. I just don't think that is the only afterlife, and no I dont think Hell is the only other viable option. So really I suppose I don't CARE if Jesus is the only way into Heaven. I'm trying to get to Asgard. So it doesn't effect me one way or the other. Hence not being offended.

I'm not offended. I think that listening to his message, and not worrying about whether he was truly God's son or not, is a great way to live your life. If that leads to Heaven, even better.

I'm not sure how that could be offensive. It's kind of like saying its offensive to only have one way to get to a place here on Earth. However, that being said, I also believe what He said is the truth.

I agree with this statement because Jesus took away our sins, and without that there is no getting to heaven.
