Considering DLH's past...Cotto.
DLH has never beat anyone that was in their prime. He is now older and definitely less likely to keep up with a talented fighter like Cotto.
Mosley gave DLH two defeats...and he was not stellar against Cotto.
Cotto wins...and not solely because of youth. He's got the skills and the strength to nullify DLH.
Cotto is at his peak......that's like kryptonite to DLH.

this will be an extremely good fight cause none of them run around and they are very exciting fighters. If de la hoya uses his jab alot cotto wont be able to go to the body as much as he would like to, But if de la hoya doesnt use it de la hoya can except a good pounding. i hope this fight does happen

De la hoya has always had trouble absorbing good body punches. When he was an amatuer he sparred with julio cesear chavez and was knocked down with a body shot. also bernard hopkins knocked him out with a liver shot. Cotto is simply too good a body puncher and would wear him down and either knock him out in the late rounds or win a decision

Delehoya has had problems with the big boys and Cotto is one of them right now. I think Cotto would win at this point in their careers, but not if Delahoya was in his prime.
