Assuming your fiance is Catholic, you have a couple of choices:

1) Marriage between a Catholic and a non-Baptized person

The Catholic Church allows marriage between Catholics and non-baptized persons. You will have to get permission from the bishop. This is because the Church recognizes the tremendous challenge you have ahead of you.

Make an appointment with your parish priest and talk to him about your situation.

For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, sections 1633-1637: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt2sect2chpt3art7.htm#1633

2) Joining the Catholic Church

If you are interested in joining or just learning more about the Catholic Church, contact your local parish and ask about information about their RCIA Inquiry group.

You can go and ask any questions you want.

This is the first step in RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) but you can stop at any time.

There is no obligation to become a Catholic.

Why do you want to get married in a church full of idols, graven images? Which are a violation of the Ten Commandments.

Is your spouse Catholic? If yes, there shouldn't be a problem.

If neither of you are Catholic, one of you will need to become Catholic. For that there's RCIA classes. Consult with your parish priest.

go to the Church's RCIA program (rite of Christian initiation for adults) and they'll baptize and Confirm you.

Don't be nervous, we do that kind of stuff 24/7.

Welcome to the Church God himself set up.
