Every day no matter what i eat, healthy or unhealthy, i get extremely sleepy. But it is only after i eat lunch. is there anything i can do to prevent this?
ie: my lunch today was chicken soup (home made) freshly squeezed orange juice and 1 ounce of beans)

make time for a 15 min nap.

Your organs are working hard to break it down and this uses alot of energy

your probably eating to much or not getting good rest or sleeping to much.
try keeping busy on your feet
