Urethra blockage is caused by crystals in the urine. You know that they have it if they try to pee but they can't manage, and usually they cry from the pain. They must get to the vet immediately, because it is very painful and it can cause permanent damage that is lethal unless treated quickly. The vet can feel their bladder if it is full, meaning they have blockage, or see it with ultrasounds. He will insert a catheter and prescribe special food. The cure is quite simple if you go to the vet early, as I said. Just go to a very good vet, because a bad vet damaged my cat on a similar occasion.
Intestinal blockage can be caused by swallowing a big object or bone or by worms. The symptom is vomiting or just constipation. If your cat has not pooped for more than 2 days, go to the vet urgently.

I think i have got the same problem with my kitten if she isnt able to keep her food down tonight i will get her into the vets for tomorrow. I think you should do the same thing.
