I read the books a while ago and am working through the lecture series, there seems to be a recognition of the sacred but it seems more Tao or Holy Spirit in nature, that's what I have observed. Since it is from the Buddha school there is more to the universe than just this plain of existence, yet I don't know of any defined God the Father like you find in the West.
