Now that Drew Carey has been host of The Price is Right for about for over a month now, what do you think of him hosting the show and is he a good replacement for Bob Barker?

no matter who took over they wouldnt have done a good job just cuz bob barker was such a legend. the show just dont seem the same

Hehe, before I saw one of the new episodes, I thought that Drew would do a good job... but just a couple of days ago I saw one for the first time, and for about half the show he sounded really really bored. It seemed to me that he took it all as a big joke and wasn't really doing the best he could for the show. All that aside, I am an avid Bob Barker dis-fan and would rather see Drew's bored amusement than Barker's conceited contempt.

Nothing against drew carey i think hes a smart man and he had a show which was good. But personaly i think drew does a crappy job hosting the show, it just doesn't feel the same without bob. And know will be able to replace him.

I like Drew Carey but not on the price is right. I do not anyone that can replace Bob Barker.

Drew doesnt seem to take this job very seriously in my opinion. I dont even like to watch The Price is Right like I used to. Its really not the same and do thank Bob was a lot better at this job then Drew.

It's hard to replace a legend, but I think they picked the wrong person for this. Drew Carey looks so nervous, and it's awkward to watch him.
I do think it's funny, though, that if they had picked an overweight woman to host, this question would be filled with "get that fat b*tch off the show". But since it's an overweight man, we'll just judge him on his actual merits.

i think that he would be good if he let himself. i think that he was really really nervous in the beginning, but now i do think he might be bored. he does say some funny funny things about the contestants that barker wouldnt have done, but he is too dry, he need to loosen up!!

He does look bored and if you noticed, he fiddles around with his jacket pocket like he's nervous.
Also he talks too fast. To me he doesn't look or act like a game show host, they should've picked some one that was more lively.
