Drinking more water may help you also need a humidifier to put moisture in the air. You get bloody noses from the air not having any moisture in it. Also, make sure you are taking care of your bloody nose properly. Don't tilt your head back. You need to tilt your head slitly forward and pinch the nose to stop the bleeding. You can also apply a cold wash cloth or frozen bag of peas to the area to help the bleeding stop faster.

You are not running out of blood; your blood replaces itself after about 24 hours - how do you think people who give blood survive. On how to deal with the bloody noses - I lived in Vegas for awhile and got them almost every day due to the dry air - if you get some stuff at Walgreens for your nose that is like a gel you can rub up in there, it will help tremendously!! http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?id=prod4998&CATID=100095&skuid=sku304998&V=G&ec=frgl_wic&ci_src=17588969&ci_sku=sku304998 If that grosses you out, you can also get the nose spray called Ocean and spray it up there - it helps too, but I don't care for the after taste it leaves in your mouth. Keeping yourself hydrated will also help alot!

LOL You are not bloodless. You have lots of blood in your body. Try a humidfier in your house. Maybe even put one in your bedroom. The winter dryness can surely cause bloody noses.

no...drinking a lot of water will not help...but what WILL is saline spray for your nose and a humidifier for your room. All to keep your nose moist. (but make sure thats the only problem that causes your nose bleeds...high BP will..)

Drink more water, have soup, drink fruit juice. But also eat red meat, that's what powers your bone marrow to make more blood.
