There are a lot of lasagna recipes. This is how I make it. I like to use a glass baking dish. 1st, I line the bottom of the dish with cooked lasagna pasta. Then, I spoon on some ready-made pasta sauce, like Ragu or other brand. Next, I add some cooked ground beef & I sprinkle cheese over all. You can use any kind of cheese you want. I prefer to combine mozzerella, parmesan, romano & ricotta. Then, I repeat the process & build several layers until the dish is nearly full, ending with a layer of pasta. I spread pasta sauce over the top & sprinkle more cheese on it. Finally, I bake it at 350 degrees F for about an hour, or until the cheese is bubbly & it's hot all the way through. I like to serve it with garlic bread & salad.
