For not going to court to testify against her kids father. The police gave her the subpoena in hand, so she knew she had to appear or else. She is the one who filed the charge against him.
She said she wanted to keep him out so she can recieve child support. I kind of believe her, but I dont.
Why didnt she go to court?

you don't get issued a subpoena for filing charges against someone, they do....next lie.
He is in jail..she still gets child support...next lie.
She didn't go to jail for not going to court here, she went to jail for not going to court for a different reason.
