ONLY go for the back of the neck (head if you're bald - and a guy) if you're going for a UPC-style tat...
As for the funky curved thingie (This one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Hit_Logo_bloodmoney.jpg ) - it MUST be someplace that can be concealed... After all, you can't advertise to the entire world that you're an assassin for hire ;);););)

I have the back of my neck done. If it had been my first tattoo, I probably wouldn't have ever had more! lol It was sore, but, we all know the pain doesn't last long, so, grin and bear it! BUT, the healing process was a nightmare. As it is right on the 'crease' of my neck, and, especially in bed, it is impossible to keep your neck straight, I lost a lot of colour in a line, along my 'crease'. Also, I am usually totally healed by day 14/15, but my neck seemed to take WEEKS!
Looks awesome though!

it can and probably will stretch on your hip bone.if you ever plan on having children avoid the stomach and hip area all together.
i hope you played the he ll out of that game several times and still love it enough to get the logo tattooed on your body
i also hope you arent just jumping on the timothy olyphant bandwagon.
edit-but hey if its what you like - go for it. random tattoos are fun and are great for reminiscing

hipbone or ankle would be nice. you could even do it on the foot, i like foot tattoos they look really cool, and you can easily cover them up, or show them off

Not on your neck, but between your shoulders. It will hurt, but not that bad.
