No! wisdom teeth cannot grow back, they are your permanent third molar teeth, permanent teeth do not grow back once they have been extracted!
However the bits you are feeling could be root fragments of the teeth that were removed.
On another note, there are sometimes cases where people have what we call supernumeracy teeth, there you do grow an extra tooth or 2, I saw a patient once where we extracted an upper wisdom tooth, AND they had a smaller, almost milk tooth like, tooth behind it, which we also extracted.
If you are really concerned go to your dentist to get it checked out, but i expect its just tiny root fragments.

NO they do not grow back and it is a pretty simple procedure. It only takes about an hour or 2 and they can sedate you. I had all 4 of mine taked out about 4 years ago and recoverd very fast. I was eating McDonalds that night. The biggest thing is to keep the areas clean after the surgery is done. Your mouth can be home to a lot of bacteria and you don't want an infection.

Perhaps when they were removed a piece of root was left behind and is now working it`s way out, `might be worth your dentist having a look.

Wisdoom teeth are permanent, not deciduous (milk teeth), so they can never get through again.

KAT,
TAKE A LONG BREATH AND RELAX. ONCE YOU'VE HAD THEM OUT THEY WILL NEVER, EVER RETURN.
ARE YOU SURE THESE ARE NOT YOUR SECOND DECIDUOUS TEETH THAT WERE MEANT TO BE LOST OR YOUR SECOND BICUSPIDS THAT WERE EXTRACTED FOR ORTHODONTICS?
MOST PEOPLE BEGIN TO GET THEIR WISDOM TEETH BETWEEN 17-23 YEARS OF AGE.
