This a question in regard to the Teddy Bear incident !

It should have read : "...her breast during a biology class to a class of 13 year olds would we in the USA have had her punished ? Would there have been thousands of angry protestors in the streets ?

I was just putting forth a question ! Not endorsing any behavior .
I think the protesting Muslims are idiots .

For a start, where will you find a country that allowed its teachers to expose their breasts to their 13 year old students?
There are none and you know it.
Why?
Because there is this thing called common sense, and it is something that teachers world wide practice.
What took place in Sudan is not based on common sense, but religious ideologies.
True, Gillian Gibbons (I think that's her name) should have familiarized herself with the Islamic laws before going over there, but even so what she did does not violate what the average human considers a crime.
Therefore yes, we do have a right to disagree with Sudan's actions, and NO we do not need to concede in some nit-wit mentally to let every thing goes just for the sake of free thinking.

She might be charged but would probably have the sentence suspended. I'm sure that it would cause a stir and potentially would cause us to rework some of our thoughts about public nudity.

Edit:
To make this a valid comparison, the students would have had to ask her to bare her breast and voted on it as the teacher did not suggest the names nor did she decide.

Guy, teachers sex their kids here. The worst thing that happens is a few months in prison.
Exposing oneself in a misunderstanding of customs would probably result in a paid suspension and possibly a court fine. I doubt we'd have protesters calling for her death.
