Parameshwar is the one and only God, while Eshwar is a word used to refer to his many manifestations including the trinity.

...The term used and said is "Eshwarattva ko prapt karne kee koshish..." meaning to strive to be like the Eshwara by our deeds and Karma, attaining a spiritual level as close as possible to Eshwara...

One can try and attain the close to Eshwara status, but Parameshwar is unique and only One. Parameshwar cannot be and is not to be Equaled, Parameshwar has to be loved, just loved purely.

ParamEshwar (Pure-Bhram or ParamAtama or Pure-Consciousness) is beyond Prakriti (matter). But Prakriti depends upon ParamEshwar, the way a nail is attached to a finger.

ParamEshwar's closeness (like a magnet) to Prakriti, creates emulsion of matter and consciousness, which gets manifested from casual to subtle, and subtle to gross.

Collective Consciousness at casual level is known as Eshwar, which is different from ParamEshwar.
