i keep getting a really itchy in random places and little rashes keep coming on my hands and just dotted over me now and again what could it be ??

Could be chicken pox. I got them when I was 21 years old. Could be you've been in contact with poison ivy or oak.
Wash your hands very well with warm soapy water. After that, take a good thorough shower using a huge amount of soap. Rinse really well. If you use a sponge or rag, throw it out afterward. Change into clean clothes and see if the symptoms go away.
If you still have itch with rashes, see a doctor.

Have you changed your detergent or soap? That could be the problem. Or it could be the material the clothes are made of. If none of these I would check with a dermatologist.

This time of year your skin can dry out. Try Gold Bond medicated lotion. It is the only lotion that seems to do anything for me.

You probably have just the itches just buy a cream to prevent it at the store.

it could be heat rash, haives( they come from panick attacks mostly), or food reactions. to be sure go to the doctor asap!
