Whenever I start my PC, I get a notification that I have some programs blocked-start up programs, to be specific. I hate notification. How do I stop it from popping up withoug my will?

i think that if u go into control panel (new) programs ,change startup programs and windows defender you should be able to disable

I had this too very annoying right click on the program blocker icon and unblock the programs blocked and try and delete them again or they may delete them selfs when they are unblocked .

Install a Linux that will remove all stupid and useless notification from windows.
