I don't even remember what all I said to my husband while i was having my kids. You kinda just get lost in the moment and with the extreme pain you're in, you kinda go off without thinking and you're VERY irritable. I don't think I screamed I hate you but I remember telling him to leave me alone a couple times and to stop touching me lol. Movies just make everything out to be worse than it really is. I mean would you want to watch a movie where the woman just lies there peacefully and pops out the baby in 2 seconds in complete silence? They have to add some drama in there for the ratings.

I didn't shout anything...I growled like a cheetah...lol
For 14 hours....
And no they won't ask you to leave even if you're screaming profanities at everyone in the room...
Labor is hard stuff...anything goes.
***Incidentally...."Why" would women scream such things? Have you seen the movie "Alien"?

Well, I was kind of delirious in pain. All I said was, "I've had enough. This is too hard. I am ready to go home." And the doctor said, "sorry, you are having a baby, and you are staying here until this baby comes!"
Yeah, that was good advice!!

I never shouted "I hate you". I was more or less just begging him over and over again to "help me". I believe I even said "I love you" a few times during delivery. I wasn't angry at him during either of my labors. In retrospect, since we didn't work out, I probably should have been! LOL

Imagine having a migraine headache, tooth pain, and hemorrhoids all at the same time, then multiply it by about 5000. Then think about how you would react to the pain. I'm just glad I don't have to do it.

The ones who do say things like that or other hurtful things, most do not know what they are saying at the time. It's the pain talking. Labor is extremely painful!

if that happens then that mean that they either watch too much tv or they wanna blame their boyfriend for making her pregnant because as she lays there in the worst pain in her life all the guy could do is stand there and feel bad lol... i dont have any kids yet so i dont know if i would say i hate you.. i highly doubt it though. i think i would say... "where's the drugs"

that's a stereotype -- I didn't scream that when I gave birth, i didnt cuss, i didn't even scream or yell at anyone in any fashion, and I didn't squeeze and break my hubby's hand either --- it's just a stereotype :P
i was too busy breething and trying to hold my son in until we got to the hospital to cuss anyone out, and then finally the only time i moaned or screamed at all was about a minute before he popped out while pushing .....sooo, don't label us all :P

Obviously you are a male, you go give birth once and see how freaking pleasant and nice you are. Men are such big babies anyways, if men had to give birth, there would be no natural birth, they would all be C-sections.

Because it hurts like a son of a b*tch. I personally have never yelled 'I hate you' at anyone during labour, but I have yelled a lot. It hurts like nothing you've ever experienced before.
