Is all the Muslim over reaction a result of things that women have done? I know that women are held in low regard in the Muslim world, so I'm curious if this is a factor in the sentences of jail and lashes.
Yeah, so what if a man was gang raped - who would get the lashes? The rapist or the guy for allowing it?
If a man was a teacher and named the teddy bear Muhammed, would he be punished at all? Would he have even been reported...Considering how much smarter Muslim men are than Muslim women, he should know what he's doing, right??

I don't have a clue as to how they would have reacted to the teacher being a male, so I can't comment. However, the rape question brings up an interesting point.
In Iran, and I'm sure the same holds true in other parts of the Muslim world, a homosexual is to be put to death. If the man in question was raped by another man (men), then I would have to assume that all of them would be killed, including the victim. Although not a homosexual, it seems as if he would be viewed as one.
If he was raped by a female, who knows?

Muslim men cant get charged with rape. The victims are the ones who get charged wit hadultery

Are you talking about the rape case where the girl is getting 200 lashes?
In that case her AND the guy she was with were raped, she's getting punished, I haven't heard whether anything is happening to him.

Homosexuality is punished by death in Saudi Arabia. I highly doubt they care about human rights -- it's all about the insane religion in law, government, and society. Freedom doesn't matter to them.

It would have been easier to execute them. In gulf Arab culture it's considered "embarrassing" for them to have rape in their countries so they try to deflect it and say it was adultery.
