I bought salmon pinwheels...They are about 1 inches thick and rolled in stuffing and crabmeat. How long should I bake them?

The instructions should be on the back. The ones I got said 425 for 15 minutes or until they brown. Put a little bit of olive oil in the pan so they don't dry out. cut a piece to make sure it was warmed all the way through.

Cooking Instructions

**Choose from Salmon Pinwheels stuffed with a Crab Florentine stuffing or with a Lobster Florentine stuffing

Bake: Bake in the oven 400 deg F for 16-18 minutes. Add lemon and a splash of white wine or butter to enhance the flavor.

Broil: Place pinwheels in the broiler. Add a tablespoon of olive oil or butter, and lemon and broil for 8 minutes on each side.

Grilled: Wrap in aluminum foil, add lemon and a tablespoon of olive oil and cook on medium-high heat for 15 minutes with the lid down.

I just made some the other night and they were delicious.
Bake them at 350 for about 15-20 minutes make sure you coat you pan with spray or olive oil.

I'd bake them at 375 degrees for approximately 15 to 25 minutes or until flaky. You don't want to over cook!

I think they also work well on the barbeque if its still warm enough. Just wrap them in tinfoil and then cook them for about 15-20 minutes. Maybe sprinkle a bit of dill on them as well. very worth it.

i would broil them on 300-325, for 10 Min. at a time, keep checking on them. make sure you add some melted butter to the top of them, it keeps it moist and flaky.
