The only thing that surprises me is that email is allowed. Usually, they don't even allow that.
I have two blocked that have no questions or answers and only have me as a contact. It hasn't changed in a month. One showed up one week and when I blocked it, another showed up a couple days later. Something isn't right with that.
I also have some that are like yours in this question. This is not collect the avatars game and I block them.

Hmmm....sounds like someone doing research. Did you know there is a company that is being hired by the churches to do research on people for a psychological and spiritual evaluations in order to bring about a an overall spiritual transformation in America? Sounds more like an attempt at large-scale brainwashing to me. Darn, I can't remember their name....Anyway, I would block them too.

Well his Screen name makes me nervous- like he is here to pick up young girls or something. Too bad we can't just report a user. He needs to answer something first. If his purpose is to make "friends" then that would be why his email is enabled.

I just block anyone who connects to me who has no questions or answers and no other contacts. I find it too suspicious.

I always block anyone that add me that seems suspicious. I can always unblock them later, if I find out they're ok.
