consult a good nutritionist. Go to Gym or a daily walk every day. Please stop abusing your body for things that are beyond it's control. You eat if you are happy, you want to decrease when you are sad and end up in a hospital. Is this guy really worth making you self sick over. I am sure there are other problems they are behind all this, talk to a good counsellor (no one has to know, if you are worried) to who you can tell ALL your problems to. First of all learn to LOVE YOUR SELF, only then can see things as they are. He must like you a lot to be with you and tell you face on. that you were gettng overweight ( which is harmful for you).

If he said it in a nice way, without being bitchy about, than you have some nice friend, worth holding on to. But make sure you lose or gain, because you want to cause no amout of telling will make you do it.

If you wanted to lose the weight, then exercise and eat lots of fiber(and fruits and vegetables). But I think 141 is normal for a girl who's 5'7 so do want lose weight b/c you want to or do you want to lose weight b/c yur ex said something about it? Also go see a therapist or someone who can help you through this. Don't try to do this alone. That's the worst thing for someone who's already had an ED to do.

Exercise and watch what you eat. If your going to get sick and be hospitalized cause some guy said that you gained weight, then you need to see a psychiatrist. People are harsh and you will have to deal with comments like that almost all the time in your life. Find someone who loves you no matter what you look like.

I would say, eat sensibly (get all your food pyramid servings) and because I know that with eating disorders OVER-exercising can be a problem, I simply suggest walking a small amount (1 mile) every day. It helps burn the calories in a healthy way as well as provide you with time to clear your mind of unhealthy thoughts.

You have to make the personal decision in your mind that you won't do that to yourself again. Now if you gained a few pounds you can always excercise more. But sticking your fingers down your throat will only make the bad habit more harder to break. good luck

Talk to someone or find a support group. There are no easy or quick ways to lose weight. Maybe talk to a doctor who can get you to the specialists that you need.
