The last mention of Mary is in Acts 1:15, where she is listed among the disciples in the upper room, 10 days before Pentecost. There is no mention of what she did after this or where or how she died. Granted, she was one very special woman, to be chosen to bring God's Son into the world, but she needed a savior too (see Luke 1:47)! There is not one word about her rising to Heaven in the Bible, but there was another book (maybe more?) written years later that had this alleged miracle recorded.

It says nothing in the Bible. Therefore, since it says nothing in the Bible, Bible-only Biblolaters are forced to conclude that she could not have ever died. After all, it doesn't say that she did die. And if it isn't said in the Bible, then anyone who truly is Bible-only can't promulgate it as a doctrine. Thus, Bible-only types cannot claim that she died, or at least cannot claim it on any religious basis.
Now, where in the Bible does it say that we are to look only to the Bible for every tiny little detail of such matters, anyway?

Nowhere, the last time the New Testament mentions her was at the crucifixion. All the stories about her death and ascension to heaven were made up by the Roman Church.

The Bible doesn't record this. The notion that she ascended to Heaven in bodily form and now sits as "Co-Redemptrix" with Jesus is an heretical Catholic invention.

found this:
(3) Benedict XIV [114] states that Mary followed St. John to Ephesus and died there. He intended also to remove from the Breviary those lessons which mention Mary's death in Jerusalem, but died before carrying out his intention. [115]

It doesn't. The law we see of Mary is at Jesus' execution, when he turns her care over to John.

For some people, if you can't find it in the Bible, it must not have happened.
