The woman saying NO and the man ignoring her. Men have been sentenced to jail for having raped their wives, because the wife said NO and the husband ignored her.

Being forced to have sex against my will.

I would also consider it rape if I were taken sexually when my mind was incapable of saying yes or no--for example, if I were unconscious, drugged, or drunk.

A lesser form of rape, not involving physical force or disabling my mind, would be rape by coercion--that is, being threatened into having sex. For example: "Have sex with me or you're fired"; "Have sex with me or I'll beat up or kill your significant other", or "Have sex with me or I'll spill your shameful secret to everyone", or even "Have sex with me or I'll tell everyone that you did."

It's possible for a husband to rape his wife, and vice-versa (though a wife raping a husband is, of course, harder to do). Spouses have a legal right and societal privilege to each other's bodies, but this right and privilege should be taken in mutual consent, not by force or by threats.

Rape is anyone doing anything to you that you said No to or that you didn't want. It is also rape if you were too drunk or high to give your consent.
It can be rape even if it is a date, your boy friend or even your husband.
