I trying to understand how this works. I know when a File kept in the Client Software it may upload back into the swarm. But, when it removed from the client does it still get accessed and upload?

Once a torrent has been removed from que it is no longer in the swarm.

you could't undo some thing that has already got here about. So in case you linked to somebody who logged your IP handle, you could no longer do something to undo the reality which you have been suggested. notwithstanding, the probabilities which you have been, fairly, suggested are very low. If somebody did word you, notwithstanding, you could no longer ward off that prevalence ex post facto. All you're able to do is be extra careful to no longer be suggested sooner or later once you work together in illicit activities.
