I just started seeing this guy and he is super great. Im so into him. but just the other night I heard this song on the radio and it reminded me of this other guy i use to want real bad 2 years ago and he wanted me(we cuddled one night and nothing more had ever happened), but I was not able to be with him because he is mutual friends with my x and it was such a messy situation at the time with my x trying to get me back. now I keep thinking about him again even though im with a great guy, why wont this other guy leave my mind?

I wish I knew the answer to this question. I have a guy that is always on my mind. We have been friends for almost 10 years. We spent intimate time together briefly twice. Sometimes he says he wants more, and he seems really serious about it; then nothing comes of it. I try not to contact him so I can get over him, but I always give in. He can go months without so much as speaking to me, but then if he says hello I totally melt. On the rare occasion that I do go out with someone else I find myself still thinking of this guy who shows me very little attention. People have said maybe he really isn't interested in me. And maybe that's true maybe he isn't interested in me, but the fact remains I cannot get him off my mind. I cannot understand why I continue to have such strong feelings for someone who shows almost no interest in me. It's just a difficult situation.

Because you'll never know what could of been. It's human nature to always want what you can't have. You can be with the most amazing guy in the world but theres love and lust and lust will always stay lingering on your mind until you satisfy it .

grl u have the same problem as me. when i thnk of all the bad times that i had wit the guy then i figure out y i dnt wanna b wit him ne more. but yeah when i thnk of all the good times then i thnk about him. only thng i can tell is jus thnk about all the good thngs that occur since you havent been wit him and plus it sounds lyke you have a very nice bf. but no one can decide this for you you have to follow your heart.
